Moreover there’s a danger to become a coach potato with aging so to prevent this we need walk as much as we can. Certainly we should walk outside and this has a vital importance for our brain health. It’s up to us to maintain our brains in the working condition. Nobody will do this for us. We should do this and we should succeed in this of course. I hope that age won’t kill your brain.
