Workout – 11/23

run-treadAfter a fairly busy weekend of physical and non-physical activities, it was back off to the gym this morning to keep up the pace of getting back into my workout routine.  This week is going to be challenging from the standpoint of work vacation time, smoking a 20 pound turkey and controlling my desire to stuff myself into a near coma on Thanksgiving.

I knocked off another 4 miles on the treadmill this morning and I am very pleased with the way that my body, and most importantly, my foot is responding.  At this point there is no significant pain or swelling so it appears that I may be out of the woods.
