Workout 11/19

Even though I was having the most enjoyable sleep that I can remember in recent history, I got up and out the door to the gym for a run.  I am amazingly pleased to report that after another 3 mile run, my foot is still feeling normal and without any swelling.

I am planning to get to the gym 3 – 4 times a Sunday – Saturday week and so far so good.  After I get a few weeks of getting up and going to the gym under my belt, I plan on starting a strength training schedule as well.    There are many plans online and I am currently reviewing some to decide the best one for my needs.

I will be sure to share these routines and my progress along the way.
