As for the reduction of carbs it is unreal to stick to this for a long time also. Show me the only one person who is ready and who is going and who wants to give up the consumption of carbs for the whole life.

The real problem here is the sugar and sugar substitutes. The majority of the sugar substitutes are not natural they are artificial at the market nowadays. They are presented as chemical sweeteners created by the people. Is it the product that you want to eat as your every-day meal and make you body rich with those substitutes? Such kinds of the product as High Fructose Corn Syrup, Aspartame, and many others are distinguished as the controversy and they are going to make the harm for your organism and make it gain the weight in the future. Are you really of great desire to be like the corpulent and ugly person and do not fill healthy, safe and attractive?

Except all this, it is very important to say that these artificial sweeteners have much higher level of sugar than the usual sugar. So eating of them is really something like craziness. As you know sugar is the first reason of gaining the weight, belly fat in particular, that is why it is very important to count how much sugar you consume in a day. It is your primary necessity in weight loss efforts.
If your purpose is to lose the weight it is necessary for you to read the labels and the amount of sugar constituents in this or that product.
