Fats – proteins: don’t consume fats with proteins. In a different way, don’t use butter and vegetable oil with meat, eggs, cheese, nuts and other proteins, because fat hampers release of appetite juice, reducing the general digestive activity to 5-10 %.
Acids – protein: don’t eat sour fruits with proteins. It would seem that acid should promote better digesting of proteins. But in an organism everything is arranged so that the normal stomach releases enough of all necessary acids, and it doesn’t need assist in it. Fruit acids just will hinder natural release of gastric juice and by that will prevent protein digestion that as a result will lead to rotting. Consequently it is not necessary to consume tomatoes with cheese or eggs, to cook meat with vinegar or tomato juice.
Acids – carbohydrates: don’t consume sour and carbohydrate products at the same time, i.e. it is not necessary to eat bread, a potato, peas, beans, sugar, honey, jam together with a citrus, sour grapes, apples, plums, a sorrel, tomatoes. Acid destroys ptyalin enzyme, necessary for splitting of carbohydrates.
Carbohydrates – carbohydrates: consume only one kind of the concentrated starch (for example, it is not necessary to eat together bread, a potato and a sweet cake) as the stomach will choose only one kind of starch for digestion.
