Getting Back In Shape One Day At A Time…

Cellmass Creatine By BSN

Posted on | February 15, 2010 | No Comments

A number of years ago, when there was not dozens types of creatine supplements on the market, BSN created Cellmass. Cellmass was introduced to be used with BSN’s pre workout supplement, NO X-Plode. You were to take NO X-Plode before your workout session and Cellmass after your workout.

This creatine has been on the market for several years now. Actually, BSN has plans to reformulate and repackage the product, just like they did with NO X-Plode NT. Maybe it is because BSN has fallen behind some other manufacturers in popularity. That is the nature of the beast when it comes to the nutritionl supplement industry. If your supplement is the best, it won’t be the most popular for long.

Cellmass is still a pretty good product. There are some different forms creatine in the formula, as well as ingredients to buffer lactic acid. The amino acid glutamine is also included in the formula. Glutamine has long been used as a compound that assists your body in recovery. After all, glutamine is the most abundant amino in our body and it is used quickly during training.

So, with BSN Cellmass you get the cell volumization, muscle energy replenishment via ATP to help with recovery, added leverage due to the increased fluid in the muscle cells, and a huge amount of other benefits. Creatine should pretty much be a staple in any bodybuilder’s supplement regimen regardless of whether they are trying to lose fator increases muscle.

This product still has a loyal following and will use it on a regular basis. In my humble opinion, Cell mass will help, but it will not do anything magical for you. You should gain a few pounds of water which should help with your strength. If you eat enough good food and train hard, you should be able to put on some good, solid msucle mass.

As far as the price goes, you can get this product on the web at a pretty good price. There are some online retailers that have some great deals from time to time. You should never pay full price for this product, or for any other bodybuilding product for that matter.

As mentioned earlier, creatine is beneficial for everyone, regardless of your physique goals. It is one of few compounds in the supplement world that actually does work. I would consider it an important supplement for those who are really their physiques to a higher level. BSN has had some issues in the past with their supplements. I would think now would be a great time to try these newer formulated products since BSN is under such a microscope at this time. With that being said, I will still say that Cellmass would be one of several creatine based supplements a person could take and see some good
results.

  • About Me

Just over a year ago I was celebrating the training for and completion of my first marathon and now, a year later, that couldn't feel farther away than it does right now.

Sure, I have had some injuries and other events that have distracted me from being health focused but to be honest, they are all merely excuses to allow me to focus fully on being lazy.

To ensure that I stay focused on this effort, I plan to document day to day efforts and events on my way back to a better life.
