There are few rules which it is necessary to stick to in order to avoid various problems connected with the obesity.

1. No junk food
Most of the harm to the organism is caused by unhealthy food. Junk food has one of the worst influences on the body. It reflects not only in obesity but also in many other symptoms. Avoid eating junk food and your organism will thank you a lot.

2. Consume great amount of water
Water helps to make you feel full. Before dinner, supper or breakfast I drink a glass of water. It will help you to eat less. What is more, water helps toxins and other unhealthy elements to go away of your body which is very helpful.

3. Eat less
You should make your portions smaller at least twice and make them smaller and smaller all the time. Your stomach is likely to be great because of large amount of food you take at once. In order to overcome the difficulties and to make sure that you are going to lose weight, make your stomach smaller.
