Starting with day 1 you should make your lemonade using 1 glass of water and lemon juice from 1 lemon. Add some lemons and water by 1 each day for a week. So on the 6th day you should drink 6 glasses of water mixed with 6 lemons.

On the 7th day use only 8 cups of water, 4 lemons and honey. And on the next week do the same, but then start with 6 glasses of water, 6 lemons and decrease 1 each day. And in the end drink 10 cups of water with juice from 4 lemons and a tablespoon of honey as you did the 7th day.

And in a couple of weeks you will feel fresh and reduce weight.

Tip: You should drink the lemonade in the morning before breakfast, but if you do not feel like doing this, then you can drink it between your main meals.
