The reality is, we may not change the world (at least not literary), but we can change the way we live. The advantage of using running as a cure for depression is its ability to become part of a person’s lifestyle. Research has also shown that if you run or exercise at least 30 minutes 3 to 4 days every week, your productivity level improves significantly. Just imagine being able do the things you want to do without having to deal with the pain and headache associated with stress. Running benefits you by giving you an environment to relax your mind. Most peoplecome up with great ideas during their runs or physical exercise for that matter since their minds are more relaxed at that time.
