Going For Two Mornings In One Week

Tomorrow will be the second morning this week for me to go to the gym and so far I feel pretty good.  The foot injury that has cause most of my issues has not started to swell and there is limited pain.

I am sure that I will get re-acclimated to the early morning routine but right now I must admit that I would love to be sleeping in tomorrow.  I am not sure that the beginning of winter is the best time to start a routine that involves going outside in the cold but we will just have to fight through it.  I have to assume that the benefit far out weighs the suffering but for now, that is just an assumption…
