As it has appeared, not forever. One day, I have decided to make the next attempt to change something and have gone to fitness club about what has never regretted!

By the way, I don’t like people crowd, therefore I prefer to go into groups, which consist of 4-5 people, but it is your choice.

Having come to fitness club you shouldn’t wait for immediate results, for the first training the figure won’t change. Also it is not necessary to tell: “I can’t make this or that, I will not even try to make this”. Try, and you will be able to make this, and when it happens, you will be unusually happy with yourself, and it is great plus. Don’t relax on trainings.
