And in May it has suddenly appeared that else recently bought bathing suit “has sharply sat down”, the easy dress fits it is not known whence the fat which has undertaken on sides, and the favourite shirt hardly converges on a stomach.

Certainly, the panic is replaced by resolute desire to undertake itself and to return lost, and the summer promotes it to the full. Hot weather causes I thirst more likely, than appetite, therefore the diet instead of a fried potato and a hen a grill even more often includes yoghurts, vegetables and fruit. More and more evenings passes not houses in front of the TV, and in park or on river bank in the country. And during week-end god ordered to go on to a campaign, on picnic or at least on a summer residence. The sun, water and good weather gradually render beneficial influence not only on mood, but also on a figure, and here by the end of summer it almost reaches the natural forms so favourite by us. Almost.
Someone says that “almost” it is not considered, someone – it is possible what to be improved infinitely. And here now, when it is already possible to put on fearlessly the elastic vests underlining a flat stomach when skirts and shorts open harmonous suntanned feet, a calendar so at the wrong time declared arrival of autumn.

The sun still indulges us in the afternoon, but early in the morning and along toward evening the temperature all aspires to steal up to a zero mark more persistently. The appetite lost in the summer has returned, it is necessary for organism to be prepared for forthcoming colds, and we again began to dare to eat more and to move less. Now, when it becomes early dark in the evening, at all does not pull to walk on foot, and country walks are more reduced to a sit-round gathering at a fire behind a shish kebab skewer-other. To bathe in the nearest reservoir already anybody also does not speak about possibility.

All, of course, know concept «autumn depression». The inexplicable sadness, irritability, and the more close by December, the arises desire «more strongly to run into hibernation» till the spring.
