Of course, during this process we felt the bunch of different emotions starting with the fear and finishing with excitement. Admittedly, we do not starting our development from a two wheeler. Indeed, we need to grow to it. First of all, we act as the observers. Then we pick up a tricycle. Afterwards, we switch to the bike with training wheels, and then one day we are on our own bike with 2 wheels only. However, we cannot ride from the early childhood. In fact, we have to spend some time learning and acquiring the practical skills and habits. And we start usually thinking that this weight loss process is not doing you any good in comparison with the success of other people. This is connected with the food choice which is moving us forward and down. However, you will not be able to master pedaling if you cannot get on the bike and keep the balance. The task of getting on the bike can be compared with working on the right mindset while dieting. All you need to do is to get rid of all your fears, failures and hesitations in order to believe in your success. Other people can ride a bike, so do I; other people can succeed in weight loss, so do I. It does not matter whether you have any previous experience. Any person can become successful with this once he or she believes in his or her abilities and strengths. This means that you are the thing which is in your brain. If there is a slim person, you will get more attractive shapes. If there is a person suffering from obesity, it would be really hard to overcome this disease.
