In a clinical study, subjects burned 278 more calories after taking Capsiplex Plus Blend compared to placebo!* WHAT IS WORTH 278 CALORIES?
– 1 hour and 20 minutes of walking at a moderate pace (2 mph)
– 25 minutes of jogging (10 minute mile, 6 mph)
– 1 hamburger
– 1 slice of cheese pizza
– 2 chocolate chip cookies
Consuming an extra 278 calories per day can result in weight gain of over 25 pounds in one year!
Capsiplex made with Capsiplex Plus Blend is a proprietary blend containing patent pending Capsimax Capsicum Extract, Caffeine, Piperine (Black pepper Extract) and Niacin. In a double bind, randomised, placebo controlled cross-over study undertaken at the University of Oklahoma in the USA, 25 subject excercised on a treadmill on two occasions.
One one occasion, subjects took Capsiplex Plus 60-minutes before exercise and the second occasion they took a placebo. When the subjects took Capsimax Plus, they burned an average cumulative total of 278 more calories before, during and after exercise compared to placebo.
The clinically proven, proprietary thermogenic Capsiplex Plus Blend helps increase metabolism before, during and after exercise, helping burn up to 278 more calories cumulatively.
In addition, just one capsule of Capsiplex contains ingredients to support improved endurance and performance.
Several studies conducted over the past 30 years demonstrate the potential of Capsicum (red hot peppers) and Capsaicinoids (their active ingredients) as a safe, effective nutritional supplement for weight loss and fat burning. The current study was undertaken to determine the effects of Capsiplex Plus Blend, consisting of Capsicum extract vegetarian beadlets, bioperine (black pepper extract), niacin (vitamin B-3) and caffeine, on various metabolic and safety parameters relative to control (placebo).
Twenty-five healthy subjects of both genders, who were between 10 and 30 years of age and were already in the habit of exercising moderately each week, participated in this randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind, crossover study.
The subjects took either Capsiplex™ Plus Blend or a placebo. They served as their own control group, as half the group took Capismax™ Plus Blend on one day and then a placebo on a subsequent visit and the other half took the placebo first, then Capismax™ Plus Blend.
There was a washout period of one week between the two sessions. Subjects were monitored during four periods: a resting baseline period of 30 minutes prior to dosing, a resting period prior to exercise of 60 minutes, a 60-minute period of moderate exercise (walking on a treadmill) and a resting period of 50 minutes after exercise. Subjects’ energy expenditure, oxygen uptake, ventilation, respiratory quotient, perceived level of exertion, heart rate and blood pressure were measured at set intervals in all four periods.
When subjects took Capsiplex Plus Blend one hour prior to exercising, they burned three times more calories before, 3% more calories during, and 12 times more calories for up to an hour after exercise compared to when they took a placebo. This increase in metabolic rate resulted in an average cumulative total of 278 more calories burned before, during, and after exercise compared to placebo.
Given the notable increase in energy expenditure following treatment with Capismax™ Plus Blend, it is not surprising that other metabolic parameters related to energy expenditure also
