Stretch those parts of your precious body which seem to be filled with soreness. In such a way you protect your muscles from injury. It’s clear that if you feel a sharp pain while doing your exercises then you should stop doing this immediately.

When doing stretching it is essential to avoid all the jerking quick movements. The best way to do stretching for your muscles is to do very slow stretching movements.
