Workout – 11/30
Today was the first day in which my car was covered in complete frost while leaving for the gym in the morning. It is a nice touch and adds to the morning excitement for sure. Today was a fairly non-exciting and uneventful 4 mile jog with no additional workout items.

Workout 11/27
Yesterday I managed to drag my still turkey stuffed body to the gym around midday for a quick workout. I ran what felt like 4 hard miles on the treadmill. I do wish that I would start to feel more comfortable with running again so that I can venture outdoors or some of these sessions.

HIGH PROTEIN POWER BALLS 3 or 4 squares graham crackers, crushed 1 c. powdered sugar 1 c. crunchy peanut butter 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1/2 c. instant nonfat dry milk 3 tbsp. water Mix dry ingredients.
