Workout – 11/30

Today was the first day in which my car was covered in complete frost while leaving for the gym in the morning.  It is a nice touch and adds to the morning excitement for sure.  Today was a fairly non-exciting and uneventful 4 mile jog with no additional workout items. cript async src=”//pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js”>
