10 Tips To Shed A Few Extra Pounds Before The Holidays

I would like to share some useful tips that I use myself to get rid of some extra pounds. So, get down to them.

1) Forget about the goals
The first thing that you need to bear in mind is that you are not using a goal oriented process. You do not need to weight yourself. It is an easy way to become slimmer and feel better.

2) Split Your Meal into 6 – 7 small portions
An excellent way to rave up your metabolism is to consume more meals but in smaller portions every day. There are no limitations, you just need to take into account that sweet, salty and fried food will prevent you from losing weight. For example, you can eat corn flakes at 7:00 a.m., some fruit and yogurt at 9:30 a.m., backed meat with vegetables at 1:00 pm, low calories snack at 3:30 pm, and some sandwich at 6:00 pm and have some tuna or cheese at 8:30 pm.

3) Do physical workouts 3 times per week for about 1 hour
This is the next effective method that will help you to increase your metabolic rate. I recommend weight lifting combined with cardio workouts. Do not train your body every day. There should be left one or two days in between your workouts if you want to achieve great results.

4) Drinking lots of water during the day
Water is necessary between your meals and when you wake up in the morning. Drink 2 glasses when you wake up and a full glass half an hour before every meal. Try to decrease your water consumption after 6:00 pm.

5) Eat some fruits before 10 am
It is better to consume fruits between your wake-up and 10:am for better absorption and sugar control during the day.

6) Drink water at least an hour after having your meal
Water is a good absorber after a good digestion. This is the main factor that makes your metabolism working.

7) Drink room temperature water
It is more beneficial to drink room temperature water. Take your water out of the fridge and leave it for a few minutes till you see some good condensation around the glass.

8) Use natural supplements
Natural supplements are additional boost after you use all the tips mentioned above. As for me, I use multivitamins, omegas supplements and Resveratol, which supply me with energy.

9) Have An Open Day
Choose some day of the week when you will follow all the tips, but allow yourself some chocolate or carbs. This will help you to reward yourself.
